Gaby Beltran–Lead Flute Instructor

Gaby Beltran is a flutist from Carlsbad, California, and a graduate of the USC Thornton School of Music, where she earned her degree in Classical Flute Performance. In 2025, she was named a finalist in the prestigious Musical Merit Foundation competition, and in 2024 she was recognized at USC’s annual Honors Convocation, receiving both the Woodwind Chamber Music Award and the Large Ensemble Award. Her honors also include an Honorable Mention in the Winds Division at the 2023 MTNA State Competition, along with notable performances at Carnegie Hall with the Honors Performance Series and Walt Disney Concert Hall with the Idyllwild Arts Chamberfest Orchestra.

Now based in Los Angeles, Gaby is deeply committed to music education and audio engineering. She teaches with ICYOLA and Harmony Project, where she is passionate about mentoring young musicians, fostering confidence and creativity, and cultivating meaningful connections through music.
